Recruitment

Recruitment at Lipscomb consists of many events, including unofficial prospectives, rush fairs, Greek wide prospectives, open rushes, and closed rushes.

• Unofficial prospectives are opportunities to meet the girls of the club as well as get a feel of who the club is before the official recruitment process begins.

• Rush Fair is an event during the fall semester where all clubs set up booths to meet with potential new members. 

• Greek Wide Prospective happens in the spring and is a chance for all potential new members to meet every club on campus.

• Open rush is an opportunity to meet the clubs and for us to meet you! You must attend three open rushes in order to continue the rushing process. 

• Closed rush is the final part of the rushing process. This is an invitation event, and you will receive notification of the closed rushes which you are invited to a few days before they begin. The closed rushes are mandatory, so you must attend every closed rush to which you are invited.
